As I fly deeper into Libya, I see the Sahara Desert beginning to encroach on the land. The dappled green and rolling hills of Morocco, Tunisia and Aleria give way to the ageless desert. I will see this desert and humankind's attempts to settle it now all the till I cross Egypt into the Sudan. Temperature's also rising- will have to watch oil pressure!
